Free Shipping Across Australia

We offer FREE shipping on all orders within Australia, no matter the size of your purchase!

Shipping to the US

If you're based in the United States and would like to place an order, please get in touch with us at hello@kokoroliving.com to discuss shipping options.

Australian Orders

Orders within Australia are shipped from our warehouse, typically within 24-48 hours via Sendle or Australia Post. Delivery times depend on your location—please check the Sendle or Australia Post websites for an estimate of how long it will take for your order to reach you.


Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy for your peace of mind. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer a refund.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that you are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items cannot be refunded, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you. You’ll be informed whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, follow these steps:

  1. Double-check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company—refunds can take some time to process.
  3. Contact your bank—there is often a delay in posting refunds.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at hello@kokoroliving.com and post the item to:
