We believe in making these circles accessible to everyone, so we offer a pay-what-you-feel option. If you'd like guidance, we typically value this offering at $15, but you're free to contribute what feels right for you  - or nothing at all.

2. Guided Meditation: A peaceful, led meditation to centre ourselves.
3. Reflections: Sharing thoughts and reflections from the meditation.
4. Open Discussion: Space for any pressing topics or burning issues to be brought to the group.
5. Closing Ceremony: A final closing to complete the circle with intention and gratitude.
